New Nitrogen Product Line Introduced by Generon IGS

500 PSIG Membrane Product Line is Energy Efficient Nitrogen Generation System

Houston, Texas April 29, 2009 – Generon IGS, an affiliate of Innovative Gas Systems, is pleased to announce the production of a new nitrogen product line. The new product line utilizes Generon’s membrane technology. We are proud to announce that we now have the capability of offering a series of products ranging from 100 SCFM-4000 SCFM of Nitrogen at pressures from 200 PSIG to 500 PSIG depending on the customers applications and needs.

The new product line will allow for a dramatically more compact membrane system. The key to this new product line is to minimize the size and weight of the systems while maximizing pressures and flows, and still maintaining efficiency.

Generon systems have always been the milestone if it comes to membrane air efficiency, i.e. to achieve lowest air consumption per unit of product nitrogen. Now we will have an additional advantage over other competing systems: A smaller more compact and lighter design with the advantage of using different air pressures and volumes.

Customers that are in need of an energy efficient nitrogen generation system that offers the capabilities of multiple air pressures and volumes in a smaller foot print now have the freedom to choose the new 500 PSIG Membrane.

The 500 PSIG Products Line is now offered in every size system that Generon offers from our Cabinet series to our Mobile Truck or Trailer Series and will greatly change the market for Membrane Nitrogen Generation with high discharge pressure requirements.
